The London Series

Two giants of British literature take to London's streets. Charles Dickens, during a period of insomnia, embarked on a series of 'Night Walks'; his encounters with London's nocturnal population moving him to ruminate on the predicament of 'Houselessness'. Virginia Woolf takes us 'Street Haunting': ostensibly on an errand to buy a pencil, she finds spiritual comfort and literary inspiration from the lives she glimpses there.

Both titles feature stunning woodcut illustrations by Autumn Ahn.
