As part of our 10th anniversary celebrations, Atlantis Books is hosting the 3rd Caldera Arts & Literature Festival, 5-7 July 2014.

Featuring readings from Irish novelist Paul Murray, Greek writer Soti Triantafyllou, and American poet and broadcaster Paul Vangelisti.

Music from Internationally acclaimed pianist Julian Laurence Gargiulo, who will give recitals at the cultural center Megaro Gyzi in Fira. Live Cretan Music from Ross Daly & The Labyrinth, Kelly Thoma, (lyra), Taxiarchis Georgoulis (oud) and Sofia Evkleidou.

Chef and storyteller Alexandra Stratou will be cooking live and sharing “Greek recipes from her family to ours” on the terrace of the bookshop.

Paramythokores will be performing storytelling sessions with musical accompaniment at the Primary Schools of Oia and Fira for children over the age of four and for those adults who still remember what it is to be young-(at-heart).
